SlowSwoon AI is operated by CAO YU CHUAN (River), an individual developer. The service provides original fictional character stories and AI text dialogue for adults. The following terms apply to paid credit purchases and subscriptions. Support: 15564412316@163.com.

SlowSwoon AI 由个人开发者 CAO YU CHUAN（River）运营，提供面向成年人的原创虚构角色故事及 AI 文字对话。以下规则适用于付费积分购买及订阅。支持邮箱见上。

Access / 使用条件

You must be 18 or older. Use your own account, keep its password private, and do not bypass access controls or usage limits. Continuing to sign in confirms that you meet this age requirement and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

你必须年满18岁，使用自己的账号，并妥善保管密码；请勿绕过访问限制或额度。继续登录表示满足年龄要求并接受本条款与隐私政策。

Violations, suspension and termination / 违规、暂停与终止账户

If you attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, share, sell or otherwise abuse an account, access another person's account or stories without permission, submit prohibited content, or otherwise materially or repeatedly violate these usage rules, we may restrict features, suspend your account while investigating, or terminate your account for serious or repeated violations. We may also act where required by applicable law or to address a credible security or fraud risk.

如果你尝试绕过访问控制或额度限制，共享、出售或以其他方式滥用账户，未经许可访问他人账户或故事，提交禁止内容，或以其他方式严重或反复违反使用规则，我们可能限制功能、在调查期间暂停账户，或对严重及反复违规终止账户。适用法律要求，或存在可信的安全及欺诈风险时，我们也可能采取上述措施。

Suspension may temporarily prevent sign-in, AI generation or access to saved stories. Termination revokes your account's access to the service; any data request remains subject to the Privacy Policy. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to request a review. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users or the service, or comply with law. To report unauthorized account use or appeal a restriction, contact 15564412316@163.com.

暂停期间可能暂时无法登录、使用 AI 生成或读取存档；终止账户将撤销该账户访问服务的权限，资料请求仍按隐私政策处理。在合理可行且法律允许的情况下，我们会说明原因及申请复核的方式；保护用户、服务安全或遵守法律所必需时，可能立即采取措施。发现账户被未经授权使用，或需要申诉限制，请联系 15564412316@163.com。

Ordinary exhaustion of the approved trial allowance only pauses generation as described below; it is not itself a rules violation. If paid access is available, suspension or termination does not by itself authorize further charges or remove any statutory consumer or refund rights. Refund eligibility is stated in the Refund policy section below; mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

正常用尽已批准的体验额度只会按下文暂停生成，本身不构成违规。如果付费服务开放，暂停或终止账户本身不授权继续扣款，也不取消法定消费者或退款权利；具体退款资格见下文“退款政策”，法定消费者权利继续保留。

Stories and AI / 故事与 AI

Characters and events are fictional. Replies and suggestions are generated by AI and may be inconsistent or inaccurate. Suggestions are editable and are sent only when you choose to send them. When AI generation is enabled, necessary dialogue context is processed by DeepSeek. This is entertainment, not professional advice. The service and AI outputs are provided as available; uninterrupted availability or error-free output is not promised. This does not exclude any rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Do not submit illegal material, exploitative sexual content, threats, or other people's private information.

人物与事件均为虚构。AI 回复和建议可能出现错误或前后不一致；建议可编辑，由你决定是否发送。AI 生成功能开启时，必要对话上下文会交由 DeepSeek 处理。服务用于娱乐，不作为专业意见；服务及 AI 输出按实际可用状态提供，不承诺持续不中断或输出完全无误，且不排除法律不允许排除的权利或责任。请勿提交违法内容、性剥削内容、威胁或他人隐私资料。

Trial limits and availability / 体验额度与可用性

You can start by browsing characters and reading openings for free. Sign in with Google to create or return to your account, then check your available credits in Account. With credits, choose a character and send your first reply. Existing accounts can also sign in with their email or username. One-time credit purchases and monthly plans are available in Account when enabled; signing in or using trial credits does not start a paid subscription. Trial credits, when granted, are free and limited. Generation may pause when credits are exhausted or a provider fails; saved progress remains readable.

现在可以先免费浏览角色、阅读开场。用 Google 登录即可创建或进入账号，再到“我的”查看可用额度；有额度即可选角色，发送第一条回复。已有账号也可用邮箱或用户名登录。一次性积分和月付套餐开放时可在“我的”选择；登录或使用体验额度不会自动开始付费订阅。已发放的体验额度免费且有限；额度用尽或提供商故障时可能暂停生成，已有存档仍可读取。

Plans and billing cycle / 套餐与计费周期

A one-time pack costs US$4.99 for 100 purchased credits with no expiry date. This is a single payment, not a subscription: there is no automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Buy again only when you choose. Subscribers can also buy it without changing their monthly plan. Standard costs US$14.90 per month for 400 credits; Plus costs US$24.90 per month for 900 credits. Standard and Plus are monthly subscriptions with an included usage allowance. The first billing period starts when the first payment succeeds and lasts one calendar month. Each later paid period lasts one calendar month. Your subscription record and receipt show the exact period end and next renewal date. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise; taxes and the final total are displayed before you pay. Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited) acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment; SlowSwoon AI does not collect or store your payment-card details.

一次性积分包为4.99美元／100积分，已购积分没有到期日。仅收取这次购买的费用，不是订阅，不自动续费或补款，由你决定是否再次购买。已有订阅也可购买，且不改变月订阅套餐。Standard 为每月14.90美元／400额度，Plus 为每月24.90美元／900额度，均为包含使用额度的月订阅。首个计费周期从首次付款成功开始，持续一个自然月；后续每个已付周期同样为一个自然月。订阅记录与收据显示准确的周期结束时间及下次续费日期。除非结账明确另行说明，标价不含适用税款；税款和最终总额会在付款前展示。Waffo Pancake（Waffo.com Limited）作为交易责任主体处理收款；SlowSwoon AI 不收集或保存银行卡资料。

One completed AI reply, one successfully generated set of three new suggestions, or one successfully generated alternative reply consumes one credit each. An alternative reply costs one credit even if you keep the original; selecting it or keeping the original costs nothing more. Cached and authored opening suggestions are free. Failed generation does not consume a successful-service credit. A completed reply remains charged and recoverable if your connection closes. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. One-time purchased credits have no expiry date and remain after subscription cancellation. Credits expiring soonest are used first, then purchased credits. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. No expiry date on purchased credits does not promise uninterrupted or permanent service availability; the service remains provided as available under the Stories and AI terms. Reading saved stories is free unless your account is restricted under the conduct rules. Eligible verified accounts may receive 30 one-time trial credits valid for 30 days while places remain; the trial requires no payment method and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

一次完整 AI 回复、成功新生成一组三条建议或成功重新生成一个替代回复，分别消耗1积分；成功生成的替代回复即使不选用也扣1积分，选用或保留原回复不再扣费。缓存及作者开场建议免费。失败生成不消耗成功服务额度；服务端已完成的回复在断网后仍扣额并可恢复。月订阅额度在对应已付账期结束时到期，不滚存。一次性购买的积分没有到期日，取消订阅后仍保留。先消耗最早到期的额度，再消耗永久购买积分；积分不可兑换现金。已购积分没有到期日不代表承诺服务永久或不中断，服务按“故事与 AI”条款中的实际可用状态提供。读取历史故事免费，但账户按违规规则被限制时除外。符合条件的已验证账号可在名额允许时领取一次性30体验额度，有效期30天；体验不要求支付方式，也不会自动转为付费订阅。

Automatic renewal / 自动续费

By selecting a monthly paid plan and confirming payment, you expressly authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your selected payment method each month for that plan's agreed subscription price plus applicable taxes until you cancel renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period without a new purchase click. Cancel before the next renewal date and time shown in your subscription record to avoid the next charge. No paid subscription starts merely by registering, using free trial credits or finishing the free invitation trial. If a renewal payment fails, a new period's credits are not granted until payment is confirmed; retry attempts may be handled by the payment provider.

选择月付套餐并确认付款，即表示明确授权 Waffo Pancake 每月向你选定的支付方式收取该套餐约定的订阅费及适用税款，直至取消续费。订阅在每个账期结束时自动续订，无需再次点击购买；请在订阅记录显示的下次续费日期及时间之前取消，避免下期扣款。注册、使用免费额度或结束邀请体验本身都不会开始付费订阅。续费失败时，只有确认付款后才发放新周期额度；支付提供商可能按其规则重试扣款。

How to cancel / 取消方式

To manage your paid subscription, sign in at Account, open Credits and subscriptions, choose Cancel renewal, then Confirm cancellation. Check that the account shows renewal canceled and the paid period's end date. Online cancellation is effective once confirmed and stops future renewals; your already paid period and remaining credits stay available until the displayed expiry. Canceling renewal does not expire one-time purchased credits. Cancellation does not itself refund a charge already processed. If you cannot sign in or the cancellation control is unavailable, email 15564412316@163.com from your account email with your subscription/order ID and ask to cancel renewal. An email request is effective when support confirms the cancellation; send it before the renewal date and allow time for manual processing. We target acknowledgement within two business days. An erroneous charge after confirmed cancellation is refunded in full. To change plans, cancel the old plan's renewal and purchase the new plan after the old subscription ends.

管理付费订阅时，登录“我的”，在“积分与订阅”选择“取消续费”，再选择“确认取消”；核对账户显示续费已取消和已付周期结束日期。线上取消在确认后生效并停止后续续费；已付周期和剩余额度保留至显示的到期时间。取消续费不会使一次性购买的积分到期。取消本身不会退回已经处理的扣款。无法登录或取消按钮不可用时，请使用账户邮箱向 15564412316@163.com 发送订阅／订单编号，明确要求取消续费。邮件申请在客服确认取消后生效，请在续费前提出并预留人工处理时间；我们争取在两个工作日内确认收到。确认取消后误收的续费款全额退回。更换套餐时，先取消旧套餐续费，在旧订阅结束后再购买新套餐。

Refund policy / 退款政策

First-payment guarantee: request a refund within seven days (7 × 24 hours) after your first successful subscription payment and, if no credits from that paid billing period have been consumed, the entire charge will be refunded after we verify eligibility. Use of free trial credits, cached suggestions or authored opening suggestions does not count as use of paid credits. This guarantee applies once per account to the first paid subscription; it does not apply to one-time credit purchases or apply again when you switch plans, repurchase or renew.

首次付款保障：首次订阅付款成功后的7天（7×24小时）内申请退款，且该已付周期的额度完全未被消费，经核实资格后全额退回该笔收费。免费体验额度、缓存建议和作者开场建议的使用不算消费付费额度。该保障每个账户仅适用于首次付费订阅，不适用于一次性积分购买，也不因更换套餐、再次购买或续费而重新获得。

Outside that first-payment guarantee, one-time credit purchases, charges for paid credits already used and ordinary renewal charges are non-refundable; cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund. Exceptions: we fully refund a duplicate or other confirmed erroneous charge; if you paid but we cannot deliver the purchased access or allowance, or we permanently discontinue your paid access or terminate it for reasons other than your breach, we refund the undelivered paid allowance. The refund is the amount charged for the affected purchase or paid period multiplied by its unused paid credits divided by its total purchased allowance (100 for a one-time pack, 400 or 900 for a monthly period), rounded to the nearest currency cent and capped at the amount not already refunded. If none of the paid allowance was delivered or consumed, this is a full refund. This calculation is only for these delivery failures; voluntarily leaving credits unused does not qualify. These rules never limit any mandatory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights that apply to you. We do not claim that merely starting to use the service automatically waives a statutory right.

除上述首次付款保障外，一次性积分购买、已经消费付费额度的收费和正常续费款原则上不退；单纯取消不会产生按剩余时间比例退款。例外：重复扣款及其他经确认的错误收费全额退回；已经收款但无法提供已购访问权或额度，或我们永久停止付费服务、因你违约之外的原因终止服务时，退回未交付的付费额度部分。金额＝受影响购买或账期的实收金额×该笔未使用的付费积分÷该笔购买的总积分（一次性包为100，月订阅当期为400或900），四舍五入到货币最小单位，最高不超过尚未退回的实收金额；付费额度完全未交付或未消费时为全额退款。该计算仅用于这些交付失败情形，自愿未使用额度不满足该例外。这些规则不限制适用于你的法定撤回、退款或消费者权利，也不主张开始使用服务就自动放弃法定权利。

To request a refund, use Account → Payments → Request refund when available, or email 15564412316@163.com with your account email, payment/order ID, payment date, amount and reason. We manually verify requests against payment and usage records, target acknowledgement within two business days and a decision within five business days after receiving the necessary information. Approved refunds are sent through Waffo to the original payment method. Card/bank arrival times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank; approval does not mean immediate receipt. A refund request does not itself cancel renewal: cancel renewal separately if you want future charges to stop. A confirmed full refund withdraws unused credits associated with that payment; used credits and partial refunds require review without silently creating a negative balance. Your saved stories are kept, subject to the account conduct rules and Privacy Policy.

可在可用时通过“我的→付款记录→申请退款”，或向 15564412316@163.com 提供账户邮箱、付款／订单编号、付款日期、金额及原因。我们根据付款和使用记录人工核实，争取两个工作日内确认收到，并在收到必要资料后的五个工作日内给出决定。获批退款通过 Waffo 原路退回；银行卡／银行的到账时间取决于支付提供商和发卡行，审核通过不代表立即到账。退款申请本身不取消续费；若希望停止未来扣款，请另行取消续费。确认全额退款后撤销对应付款的未使用额度；已用额度和部分退款需人工核对，不静默制造负余额。故事存档保留，仍受账户使用规则与隐私政策约束。

You retain your rights in the text you submit. You allow us to store and process it, and send the necessary context to the AI provider, to deliver the requested story. Contact support for account assistance or content complaints; see the Privacy Policy for deletion and data requests.

你保留所提交文字的权利，并允许我们为提供故事服务而保存、处理文字，将必要上下文发送给 AI 提供商。账号帮助或内容投诉请联系支持；删除与资料请求见隐私政策。

This service modifies Agnaistic, licensed under AGPL-3.0. The corresponding application source for this deployed version is available through the site's Source code link. Original story manuscripts and artwork are separate content assets.
