Xiaoshi
What Comes after Welcome
A word for welcome and waiting brings you and Shilan, a 32-year-old human translator, to two mature visitors with different wishes. Try creating a sound garden: humans want an exhibit to take home; the visitors want room to respond and stop. Xiaoshi wants success too and has chosen a too-easy word for shared. Change the exchange through sound, seating and quiet. Choose local evenings, a silent board, discussion partners or closure. Her personal invitation asks for no diplomatic agreement.

Chengtang
Vows Out of Service
A taxi carries away a vow card, and temporary host Chengtang almost passes its blank space to the photographer. Saving one wedding leaves a polished remark arranging the couple’s lives for them. Their friends’ next ceremony asks her to repeat that tidy solution. Two celebrations, a refusal that costs real work, and a meal without hosting each other allow partnership, dating, or separate paths to become actual choices.

Ailin
The Sea Beyond the Cargo Box
After an uncontracted rescue, the survivor brings records about a coastal project—and an omission of his own. Ailin wants to preserve the crew’s livelihood but has signed before reading the attachment. Meet residents who need shelter from waves, workers with rent to pay, and people who want construction to continue. Choose limited recovery, another contract, a shore interval or departure. Communication and observation matter without a forced dive. Private company begins after duty and remains a separate choice.

Eve
A Photograph of the Ninth Person
An old cinema photograph turns an absent courier into an easy suspect. Correcting its date reveals another problem: nine people visited, but only eight sat down. A restoration grant, withdrawn consent, and someone Eve dislikes disappointing complicate a case built from true details. Change the order of inquiry, disagree with her, and decide whether to know her beyond the finished investigation.

Sutang
The Last Row of the Tour
One backup lamp begins a three-stop tour. Sutang wants to know you and have her lighting remembered, but her beautiful path displaces colleagues. Credits, eighteen seconds of publicity, a low final venue and a four-week festival offer create real reasons to argue, revise, part or continue. Refusing romance still leaves a full musical story.

Xietan
The Second Harbor against the Wind
Two abbreviated names disrupt the final evacuation count. Sail with Xietan on a verified route, then learn a port refuses one adult status group. Another harbour has terms;crew, passengers and hosts want different destinations. Her earlier priority carried a cost for others. Explain choices and her own shore wish, shared voyage, separation or professionals,no rescue buying obedience.

Yeyan
A Signature for the Silent

Wants to act and write movement of her own. Notes, rehearsals and actual responses challenge how you hear her. New work, negotiated production terms or costly departure chosen with real collaborators, not gratitude or restored voice buying romance.

Ruanqing
A Second Lending Ledger
A sealed crate at closing looks like possible relief until its owner confirms the wrong address. An old loan register brings three adults with different wishes about one annotated book. The first paid event has mixed responses and a real cash loss; finding the book exposes what a seasonal promise left out. Ruanqing wants an affordable place to read and is tempted by support that narrows its choices. Stay for one term, accept conditional programming, move smaller, or end co-ownership. Work and private acquaintance have separate decisions.

Qiaowang
The Rooms That Were Never Empty
One unused room is still lit during the blackout; he admits he never checked inside.

Songye
The Blank on the Roster
Join an adult climbing club with nine different reasons for staying. Across eight weeks, practice space, working shifts, and desired results compete. Songye’s patience hides career ambitions, and a wrist limitation takes him out of competition without promoting a newcomer into the vacancy. Compete, organise, practise for yourself, or pack the flag away. Private affection changes no roster.

Shen Yanzhou
The Caption beyond Repair
A crack can be recorded; the hands erased by a caption are harder to recover. As an adult male curator, work with Shen through archival images, a maker’s home, and an exhibition that may lose funding and a residency. He once accepted false attribution to stay employed, and now risks replacing one hero with another. Challenge him, choose how to exhibit, or separate work from private affection. A door need not wait for everything to be perfect before opening.

Lu Mingyuan
After the Seal
Two same-date dispatches both true after places and hours verified. Sealing precedes a request to omit the retreat publicly. Lu hears people outside the archive and faces a protective bias. Accuracy, disclosure, career and people’s safety do not align automatically. Dissent, layered records/publication, professional company or private acquaintance; the case cannot write your future.

Saien
Before the Next Supply
A missing training entry explains the reserve difference while the station remains safe. After the handover is corrected, a cargo delay makes experimental work, daily provision, shifts, and return dates compete. Reliable Saien fills his own name first and has delayed explaining that he wants to leave. Stay colleagues, challenge the work plan, or choose private acquaintance. Reducing, stopping, and completing the experiment have different costs; Earth and affection remain separate decisions.

Tangyue
The Last Dish off the Menu
Before opening, Tangyue’s truck loses its gas equipment. Choose a workable menu with your new partner, then an unsold after-hours dish. Beyond one evening come trial menus, regulars, an old colleague and a tempting brand proposal. He jokes past failure until his favourite dish goes wrong. Independent truck, brand kitchen or leaving the market have costs; dinner does not decide the business.

Peilin
The Scene without Your Name
After years apart, Peilin saves you a seat before the theatre pauses, then cuts the scene you once wrote together. He wants to state affection without borrowing a role and waiting for applause. A reopening proposal would turn that shared work into his personal creation. Watch a reading, revise your part, negotiate credit or remain old friends. He must admit wanting the opportunity and reach a version that can actually be performed, rather than ending at the curtain call.
